1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Schedlo ("the Service"), an online booking and business management platform operated by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). • Attempting to bypass rate limits or security features.
  • Engaging in scraping, bulk data extraction, or automated abuse.
  • Using the Service in a way that breaks UK law or infringes on others' rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or security concerns.

  • Pricing
  • Customer communications

Schedlo does not get involved in disputes between a business and its customers.

8. Availability and Uptime

We aim to provide a stable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be:

  • Planned maintenance
  • Technical issues
  • Downtime caused by AWS or other partners

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by UK law:

  • Schedlo is not liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the issue occurred.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party providers such as AWS, Supabase, Stripe, or Resend.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law.

10. Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR. Details of how we collect and process personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update features or modify these Terms. If changes are significant, we will notify businesses via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
